        I WOULD TO SHOW A BIG APPRECIATION FOR MR.TAN, the director of Agensi Keluarga 41 for his efficient and intelligent work especially for the application of road signboard for municipal council for my company. It really helps me a lot where lorry and drivers who need diesel can easily see the signboard at the roadside and visit my factory.  I also would like to praise him for his work in getting our factory license and signboard.

        I remember a time I got fined by MPKJ and my lorry seized due to throwing rubbish at a wrong place. He managed to make "rayuan" for us to get cheaper value of saman fees and got our lorry back.

        I would like to say Mr. Tan is fast, responsible and his services are cost saving. All my company’s authority license is renewed by him every year and with this we don’t feel any worry when MPKJ penguatkuasa having their operation.

        TAN, the director of Agensi keluarga 41, has carried out many of my works for my clients and also my own shop. TAN provides very good and reliable service and help solve all the doubts that we had. We just need to pass him all the documents that he request, he will help us to do from A-Z. He will then update us with the decision given from authority. If we face any problems he will help us to make 'rayuan' until we can get our license.

         Those were license applications, signboard permit and renovation permit. This company have been handling a lot of our licensing affairs,

        Every year during Chinese new year, where we need to apply for tank permits, Mr. Tan will handle it. I named his company as a OSC, one stop solutions, where it really ease our work a lot.
